Hello Supply Chain Friends!
My name is Jameel Hye, your supply chain career coach with 22 years of supply chain leadership experience at world-class consumer goods companies such as P&G and Mars. I’ve worked across multiple geographies, including South Asia, the Middle East, and North America, leading teams in Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics and Customer Service, and Business Transformation.
I currently serve as the Supply Chain Transformation Leader for Mars Petcare North America. I’m a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
Coaching and developing people is my personal passion—something that enabled me to win the “Best Coach Award” at P&G at the age of 25. Over the years, I have coached many supply chain management professionals and have seen firsthand how effective coaching can unlock people’s best performance.
